The Male Athlete Body Analysis and Consultation is a 6-week program that helps you learn how to improve your eating habits so that you have the opportunity to achieve the best body composition for performance in your sport. Our program will aim at boosting recovery, decreasing body fat, increasing muscle mass, improving performance, increasing stamina and boosting your immune system.

Our athlete package is broken down into 3 appointments:

Appointment # 1: 120 minutes: Education, Mindset, Goal Setting

  • Introduction
  • Background Information Review and Analysis ( 17-page document that identifies your goals and personal history)
  • Nutritional Foundation Presentation
  • Current Food Log Analysis
  • Body Fat Analysis using Biosignature Modulation
  • Protocol Design
  • A hug!

Week 3: Appointment#2: 60 minutes: Follow Up & Eliminating Food Sensitivities

  • Food Sensitivity Testing (150 Foods)
  • Body Fat Analysis using Biosignature Modulation
  • Protocol Review and Adjustments
  • Q & A

Week 6: Appointment t#3: 30 minutes: Follow Up & Biosignature Modulation

  • Body Fat Analysis using Biosignature Modulation
  • Protocol Review and Adjustments
  • Q & A

 

  • *During this 6-week long program, you will be required to fill out a  food log and send it in daily. This will allow you access to our team for questions and support every day (within 24 hours) of the 6-week program.
  • *You will be added to our Client Support Group on Facebook where you’ll have exclusive access to recipes from our on-staff chef, plus other tips and tricks to help you throughout your nutritional journey with us!
