HARI GHUMAN Clinic Director
Hari Ghuman is the owner and clinic director of PHC360, a premier health and wellness facility in Ottawa. With over a decade of experience, Hari has had the privilege of working with thousands of individuals—including moms, dads, teens, tactical professionals, and athletes—helping them achieve optimal health. His approach focuses not just on guiding clients to better health, but also on educating them to understand their unique body profiles, enabling them to maintain wellness independently.

Hari’s clients benefit from his formal training in nutrition, tailored supplement plans and exercise. He has coached countless people through one-on-one consultations, group seminars, and interactive workshops, focusing on improving their eating strategies for enhanced performance. His ability to customize programs based on individual needs has earned him a reputation for delivering tangible results.

This experience led Hari to establish PHC360, a boutique facility designed around the client experience. PHC360 offers a comprehensive range of services, including personal training, nutrition consulting, access to a medical doctor for blood work and diagnostics, as well as spa amenities such as an infrared sauna, cold therapy, and red light therapy. The facility’s exclusive environment ensures that members receive personalized attention and guidance, helping them understand their bodies better and optimize their daily routines for maximum health and performance.

ASHNA JINAH
ASHNA JINAHPersonal Trainer
Ashna Jinah is a certified personal trainer with over three years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Her passion for wellness is deeply rooted in her personal journey, having overcome challenges such as scoliosis and celiac disease. This personal experience drives her commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals through customized programs that address each client’s unique needs.

With a background in health studies and research, Ashna blends academic knowledge with real-world experience to offer a well-rounded approach to fitness. She specializes in personalized workout programs and provides her clients with motivational, supportive coaching. Ashna has worked with a diverse range of individuals, helping them improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

Beyond her professional role, Ashna enjoys recreational boxing, dancing, and spending time with her energetic dog, Zuri. She is known for bringing a vibrant, positive energy to her training sessions, making fitness a fun and rewarding experience for her clients.

Michelle is a dedicated Nutritionist with a passion for women’s health, gut health, and hormone balance. She specializes in creating personalized meal plans, supplement protocols, and holistic lifestyle strategies that empower clients to feel their best. She is passionate about helping busy women juggle it all without feeling overwhelmed. She takes a client-centered approach, ensuring each recommendation aligns with individual goals, preferences, and long-term wellness. Known for her warm, supportive nature and strong attention to detail, Michelle is committed to helping clients build confidence, make informed choices, and achieve lasting health results through a holistic and evidence-informed approach. Outside of work, Michelle loves live music, reading, and exploring all that the great outdoors has to offer. On the weekends you can find her with a book in hand, dancing at a concert, or taking her dog Steve on his next big adventure; whether that’s a hike, kayak trip, or a weekend of camping.

Her background in gut health research and sports performance gives her a unique understanding of how nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle practices work together to support optimal health. At PHC, Laura combines her scientific knowledge with her warm, welcoming approach to ensure every client has an exceptional experience. Organized, attentive, and passionate about client care, she’s always ready to assist with bookings, supplements, and anything clients need throughout their wellness journey.
Naa-Adorkor Ocquaye
Naa-Adorkor OcquayeOperations Lead
Naa-Adorkor is the Operations Lead at PHC360, bringing years of experience in administrative leadership, client support, and team coordination. Her passion for creating seamless, positive client experiences is rooted in her background working in fast-paced, high-volume environments where organization, empathy, and clear communication are essential. With an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Law concentrating in Transnational Law and Human Rights, Naa-Adorkor blends strong analytical skills with a people-first approach. She has extensive experience resolving complex client concerns, supporting diverse communities, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her ability to assess situations, provide thoughtful solutions, and maintain a calm, professional presence has made her a trusted and respected member of every team she’s led. Beyond her operational role, Naa-Adorkor is passionate about community engagement and has dedicated time to philanthropic initiatives supporting local families, and social causes. Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer, staying active through regular workouts, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
