This coaching program helps you learn how to improve your eating habits so that you have the opportunity to achieve the best body composition for performance in your sport. Our program will aim at boosting recovery, decreasing body fat, increasing muscle mass, improving performance, increasing stamina and boosting your immune system.
THIS PROGRAM IS BROKEN DOWN INTO 5 APPOINTMENTS (3 IN PERSON AND 2 VIRTUALLY):
Appointment #5: 45 minutes: Follow Up & Biosignature Modulation
Appointment #2 & #4: 30 minutes lifestyle call and checkins
Additional Features:
- *During the coaching program, you will be required to fill out a food log and send it in daily. This will allow you access to our team for questions and support every day (within 24 hours) during the program.
