Appointment #1: 120 minutes

  • Connection and Goal Setting: Introduction, educational overview, and setting personalized goals.
  • In-depth Analysis: Review of background information, nutritional foundations, and current food log.
  • Body Fat Analysis and Protocol Design: Initial body composition analysis followed by tailored nutrition protocol planning.
  • Post-Appointment Support: Follow-up lifestyle phone call to ensure ongoing support.

Appointment #2: 30 minutes

  • Check-ins and Adjustments: Review nutritional protocol, make necessary adjustments, and address any queries.
  • Accountability Session: Keep on track with goals through motivational support and accountability check-ins.

Appointment #3: 70 minutes
