Why do I think this is important for us to look at? 

At the start, our client was running daily, eating healthy and not strength training. As we can see, she has a great base and was relatively lean. 

In the second picture, you can she has more muscle and less fat. She changed her nutrition, she lifted more weights and ran less than she ever did. 

The reason I feel this important is that sweating and exercising are healthy, but strength training will build a leaner look! .

Lifting weight will not make you bulky or look like a muscle monster! It will give you better structural balance, less pain and chance of injury and can give you a nice symmetrical look. Do not be afraid to lift; it’s not always about just sweating.
