Through our 8 week one-on-one nutrition coaching program with Nutritionist Michelle Blair, you’ll receive a customized nutrition and supplement plan, ongoing accountability, and practical strategies to improve digestion and energy, change body composition, and support overall health long term.

Session Breakdown & Goals:

1. Initial Session (2 hours in person)

Goal: Build a clear, personalized foundation

What we do:

  • Full health and digestion assessment/intake
  • Review current nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and patterns
  • Identify root causes of symptoms (bloating, low energy, irregular cycles, etc.)
  • Set personalized nutrition targets (meals, protein intake, blood sugar balance)
  • Introduce foundational habits (meal timing, nervous system support, digestion support)
  • Create a realistic, sustainable plan tailored to their lifestyle
  • Supplement program design ( if needed)
  • Body fat Assessment
  • Food Log Review

2. Follow-Up #1 (45 min – Week 4 in person)

Goal: Review & make new adjustment based on the last month

What we do:

  • Review progress, wins, and challenges
  • Assess digestion, energy, and consistency with habits / biofeedback
  • Adjust nutrition and supplementation strategy bringing you closer to your goal  (portions, meal structure, timing)
  • Build on habits (stress support, movement, routine) where needed 
  • Provide continued accountability and troubleshooting
  • Body Fat Assessment

3. Follow-Up #2 (45 min – Week 8 in person)

Goal: Solidify habits + create longer term sustainability review

What we do:

  • Review overall progress and key improvements +biofeedback
  • Identify next steps
  • Body Fat Assessment

Ongoing Support (Between Sessions)

Weekly food log reviews with personalized feedback

Habit and nutrition coaching throughout the 8 weeks

Access to recipe bank for meal support

Adjustments as needed based on environmental changes
