Our 4-Month Nutrition Coaching Program is built around one idea: understanding your body. Over five structured appointments, we analyze your body composition, uncover hidden food sensitivities, and build a personalized nutrition protocol that evolves with you. No guessing. No generic plans. Just a clear, evidence-based roadmap to better energy, body composition, and long-term health.
What You’ll Get:
Appointment #1: Foundation Session (120 minutes)
Your starting point. We learn everything about you.
This is your most in-depth session. We take the time to understand your health history, lifestyle, and goals before building anything. Nothing is prescribed until we truly understand where you are starting from.
- Connection & Goal Setting — We walk through your background assessment form ( 17 page form that is filled out prior to our appointment) , discuss what success looks like for you, and set realistic, measurable goals.
- Nutritional Foundation Review — A deep dive into your current eating habits, food log, and nutritional gaps.
- Body Composition Analysis (1st measurement) — Baseline body fat assessment to establish your starting point.
- Custom Nutrition Protocol — Your first personalized nutrition plan and supplementation program, built from everything we learned today.
Appointment #2: First Check-In & Adjustment (45 minutes)
Is the plan working? We find out and fine-tune.
At roughly the 3–4 week mark, we review your progress and make sure your protocol is delivering results.
- Body Composition Analysis (2nd measurement) — Track changes from your baseline.
- Protocol Review & Adjustments — We assess what’s working, refine your nutrition plan, and answer any questions.
- Accountability Check-In — Honest conversation about challenges and wins to keep momentum strong.
Appointment #3: Advanced Analysis (70 minutes)
At the 6–8 week mark, we add a powerful layer of data — your food sensitivity results — to take your protocol to the personalized level.
- Food Sensitivity Testing (170 foods) — Identify foods that may be causing inflammation, bloating, fatigue, or stalling your progress.
- Body Composition Analysis (3rd measurement) — Measure your progress at the halfway point.
- Protocol Redesign — We integrate your food sensitivity results into an updated, more targeted nutrition plan.
Appointment #4: Midpoint Accountability (45 minutes)
Stay on course. Sharpen the details.
With your new protocol in hand, this session ensures you’re executing with confidence heading into the final stretch.
- Body Composition Analysis (4th measurement) — Continued progress tracking.
- Protocol Review & Adjustments — Fine-tune based on your latest results and any new challenges.
- Accountability Session — Motivational check-in to carry strong habits into your final month.
Appointment #5: Final Evaluation & Graduation (45 minutes)
Celebrate your results. Lock in your future.
Your final appointment is a full review of your 4-month journey — what changed, what you’ve learned, and how to carry this forward independently.
- Body Composition Analysis (5th & final measurement) — A full comparison from Day 1 to today.
- Final Protocol Review — Last adjustments and a take-home plan designed for long-term maintenance.
- Q&A & Wrap-Up — All remaining questions answered. You leave with a clear, actionable plan for life beyond the program.
- What’s Next — For clients who want to keep the momentum going, we offer a Renewal Coaching Program designed to set new goals, deepen your results, and continue your transformation with the support system you already know and trust.
